How are stays made?

All our holidays are proposed, produced and realized by Captain Wild. They have been built between the Captain Wild team, local service providers and partners, brands and athletes ...

 

Where can I find information about my trip?

On your Captain Wild account (login at the top right of the home page), in the "My purchases" section, you'll find the link to the holiday.

We'll also send you an e-mail 10 days before departure, containing your logbook with all the details you need to plan and make the most of your stay.

 

How do I get there?

We do not organize transportation to Location . You'll have to get there yourself.

If you need to book transport by train or plane, we recommend that you wait for confirmation of departure when the minimum number of participants has been reached. We do not refund tickets in the event of cancellation. We will also put you in touch with other participants to organize car-sharing wherever possible.

Your "logbook", which you will receive 10 days before departure, will give you all the information you need to get to your destination (address, opening hours, etc.).

 

What should I bring for my stay?

You'll find all the information you need in the "equipment" section of the trip description.

We'll send you a "logbook" by e-mail 10 days before departure. If you need information earlier to get organized, just give us a call.

I doubt my level?

No worries, it's normal. It's hard to gauge its performance from a description.

Give us a call and we'll check it out over the phone.

 

Would you like me to arrive a few days before my stay?

No worries. You can call us if you'd like us to book your hotel room for you before or after your stay.

 

I have a special request for the stay (vegetarian ...)?

We want to answer all your questions. If you're vegetarian/vegan, have allergies, or any other request, call us directly to sort it all out.

 

Do we have to share a room on stays?

We do group stays because it's less expensive and we believe that outdoor moments are best shared between enthusiasts. Rooms are often shared, but you can contact us if you'd like a room on your own, for an additional fee.

 

How can I meet the other participants?

You'll be able to see who has signed up for the trip directly in your logbook. We'll also set up a Whatsapp with the other participants so you can get to know each other and organize your visit.

If you'd like a drink before your stay, it's up to you 😉

 

Can a minor take part in the trip?

Absolutely, but not alone. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. In addition, registration and payment for the stay must be made via the legal guardian.
