How do I register for a holiday?

You can register directly on the site. Choose the holiday you'd like and follow the instructions to the secure credit card or Paypal payment page.

You can also contact us to send you an e-mail with an integrated credit card payment method.

 

When do I have to pay for my stay?

You must pay for your stay before departure via our website or by telephone.

You have the option of paying for the entire stay when you register, or paying in 2 instalments without charge (option only available 45 days before departure).

 

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, of course. You have the option of paying in 2 instalments free of charge (provided you are more than 45 days from departure). 40% deposit to reserve your place, to be paid directly on the site by credit card. The remaining amount will be debited directly 30 days later.

All at no extra cost.

 

Am I registered correctly?

Once your registration is complete (payment received), you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating your participation in the trip. 10 days before departure, you'll receive the "logbook" by e-mail, giving you all the information you need to make the most of your stay.

Means of payment?

We accept credit card payments directly on our website.
We accept Paypal on our website.
We do not accept cash, cheques or vacation vouchers.

 

I want to register for an unconfirmed holiday. When will it be confirmed?

A minimum number of participants is required for the trip. This number is indicated on your trip page, in the date selection box. You'll also find the deadline for participant registration.

If the number of participants is insufficient, we will offer you a new date or a refund.

 

Can I register more than one participant?

Absolutely, when you register you'll have the opportunity to indicate the number of participants.

You will need to provide their personal details (surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth) and confirm whether they wish to take out cancellation insurance.

 

I can't see the full content of the stays?

You have only a partial view of our offers. In order to see all the details, and to be able to bookmark certain stays, we ask you to create an account on our site (login in the top right-hand corner of the home page).
