I can't make it, how can I cancel?

Once you've signed up, you'll be part of a group on an adventure. However, in the event of cancellation on your part, a fee will be deducted from your reservation under the following conditions:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 25% of the total price of the stay, including VAT, excluding insurance,
  • From 60 to 46 days before departure: 30% of the total price of the Stay, including VAT, excluding insurance,
  • From 45 to 31 days: 50% of the total price of the Stay, excluding insurance,
  • From 30 days to departure date: 100% of the total price of the Stay, including VAT, excluding insurance,
  • In the event of a no-show on the day of departure: 100% of the total price of the stay, inclusive of tax, shown on the invoice.

Please note that if your stay includes a cruise or accommodation on a boat, the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than 120 days before departure: 30% of the total price of the Stay, including VAT, excluding insurance,
  • From 120 to 46 days before departure: 60% of the total price of the Stay, including VAT, excluding insurance,
  • From 45 days to departure date: 100% of the total price of the Stay, including VAT, excluding insurance,
  • In the event of a no-show on the day of departure: 100% of the total price of the stay, inclusive of tax, shown on the invoice.

When you purchase your holiday, you will have the option of taking out cancellation insurance, which will give you a 90% refund without any reason thanks to KOALA (excluding insurance purchase costs) up to 1 day before departure. Please read the conditions on the insurance page.


I'm ill, how can I cancel?

If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, we will not refund your stay. You will already have incurred the costs of our service providers.

If you have taken out cancellation insurance on our site, when you pay for your holiday you will be able to take out cancellation insurance that will allow you to be reimbursed 90% without any reason thanks to KOALA (excluding the cost of purchasing the insurance) up to 1 day before departure. Please note that cancellation insurance is not valid 24 hours before departure. Please read the conditions on the insurance page.


Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances prevent you from taking part in the trip?

This decision rests with the guide or supervisor. He's the person in charge of the activity on site, and the only one who can make the right choice in terms of sporting conditions and participant safety. This decision will be taken a few days before departure. In the event of cancellation, we will offer you an alternative date, a credit note with 5% added to the price of the holiday (available for 2 years), or a 100% refund.

Are there not enough participants?

It is possible that the minimum number of participants required for the holiday is not reached. In this case, we'll offer you a new date, a reduced number of participants at an additional cost, a credit note where we'll add 5% to the price of the stay (available for 2 years), or a 100% refund.

One detail: if you choose to be reimbursed, we cannot reimburse you for cancellation insurance, which is managed by an external insurance company.


CANCELLATION IN THE CASE OF A PRIVATIZED STAY

Can't make it?

If one or more members of a group cancel their booking, the cost of the stay is non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for each participant at the time of purchase, which will allow you to be reimbursed 90% without reason by KOALA (excluding insurance purchase costs) up to 48 hours before departure. Please read the conditions on the insurance page.

You also have the option of replacing the participant(s) with others of the same level required for the trip. Captain Wild may refuse these substitutes if we consider that the level is not sufficient for the trip.

In the event of a cancellation involving the entire group, we will apply the fees indicated at the top of the page for each participant.
