And for each cycling theme, we need experts: Team RCS offers you real pro coaching, to help you progress with long outings, hill climbing, downhill work, sprints....
And of course, COMPEX, the benchmark in recovery, who will pamper you at the hotel between each outing by having you test all their equipment.
All from the incredible spot of Lake Annecy, the gateway to 4 intense days in the Bauges and Aravis massifs.
Let's meet at 5pm at the Hotel Beauregard, where the whole team and the room are waiting impatiently for you!
You'll be given a briefing on what to expect, and it's also a chance for everyone to get to know each other. The COMPEX team will already be there to introduce you to muscle stimulation! After a welcome dinner, we'd advise you to get plenty of rest - you'll need your legs at 100% by tomorrow morning 😉

Training workshop
A strong start
After a hearty breakfast and your best socks, it's off to training after the warm-ups!
You'll set off into the (very) beautiful Bauges massif via the Col de Leschaux to the magnificent view from the Mont Revard belvedere, with some 2,000 m of D+ on the programme, which will mainly train your endurance, but will also include technical exercises in a group setting.
After 4 hours of pedal tickling, you're treated to a snack before the COMPEX team lets you try out their superb equipment, mainly dedicated to the recovery of top-level athletes - classy, isn't it?
This will be followed by a workshop focusing on your daily training, so that you can progress at home when you get back.

Conquering the passes!
Coffee refilled, a warm-up session and off we go for the climb!
On today's menu: the Col du Marais as a starter, then the Col de La Croix Fry - Col des Aravis as the main course, sprinkled with 1,900 m D+. A 4-hour outing where you'll work on your intensity, both in practice and in theory.
Once back at the hotel, and after a snack to recuperate, the COMPEX team will continue to make you appreciate their equipment.
Loic & Pierre, your Captains for the stay, will follow with a workshop on your daily nutrition, essential to progress in your practice!

This is no time to be shaking in your boots!
Today's programme includes a long outing to help you improve your endurance!
In total, you'll cover some 140 km and 3,000 m of D+, passing through some of the best spots in the Annécienne region! You'll be able to outdo yourself and take in the sights 😉
Head for the Bornes massif, on steep, peaceful roads, before climbing the short but demanding ascent to the Plateau des Glières. We then descend into the borne valley to reach the foot of the mythical Col de la Colombière before climbing it!
After 6 hours of pedaling, we'll head back to the hotel for your snack and continue with recovery workshops led by the team. We'll also explain how to properly maintain your equipment, to make it last for years to come.

After breakfast, we set off on a short 3-hour ride. After around thirty kilometers to warm up on this 4th day, a fewduelsprints and you take advantage of the climb to the Col de l'Epine for a group handicap race, followed by a time trial on the last climb of the trip, the Col de la Forclaz!
You're going to come out of the course really sharpened up!
The tour ends at 2.30pm, after a snack.
The program is given as an indication only, and may be modified by your guide according to weather conditions. He knows the region like the back of his hand, and will make sure you have the best experience.
