Story
Loïc Ruffaut has been an avid cyclist from an early age.
A mountain man at heart, he spends most of his time out and about, riding his bike up and down mountains and valleys.
In his youth, he trained himself in the sport, then later obtained a diploma in coaching, management and sports management by completing a DEJEPS Cycling course.
Never one to stop, this cyclosportif has won a number of races, including the Haute Route des Dolomites in Megève and the Granfondo Coimbra Region, a 17 km time trial in Portugal.
With a passion for training and coaching, he decided to share his experience and teach other cyclists by creating the Ruffaut Cycling System with his brother Pierre.
