Story

Climb summits, or rather boulders in this case, accompanied by a team of highly trained climbers. The 3 of them know the Fontainebleau area inside out, so they'll be able to tell you the best holds to use, the best placement to adopt depending on the grip, and the tips to remember to make you an outstanding climber!

These coaches include :

Bart Van Raaij is the climber and graphic designer who has been managing the "Bleau.info" collaborative database for over 15 years. Bleau.info is the bible of the Bleausard, listing all the boulders on site, their locations and their specific features. He knows almost all the 35,000 boulders and lines open in the Fontainebleau forest, and has climbed most of them. Bart's experience will take you on a tour of the site's most beautiful boulders, and give you a few methods and secrets to help you progress.

Aubin Salmon has been climbing since he was almost born in the Fontainebleau forest. He has now comfortably reached the 8th degree (8b+) and has acquired training in both sports coaching and etiopathy (a method of analyzing pathologies based on a systemic approach to the human body). He is mainly involved in advanced coaching, particularly in the forest. He is a sports professional (UFR Staps) and has been a passionate boulderer and route climber since childhood. He has also been a climbing therapist for several years.

Craig Hitchcock has a professional climbing qualification. He has lived in the Fontainebleau forest for over 5 years, a real asset for guiding you through the various boulders. He is a climbing coach and works hard on the moonboard (40° overhang with holds, recreating a climbing gym wall) as part of his strengthening program. He also offers warm-up sessions on the climbing wall and moonboard.
