Like Obelix, he fell into paragliding as a child, at the age of 6. And it's a real family affair, since he was trained by his father!

Growing up, his whole life revolved around his passion:

• Pôle espoir vol libre at age 15,
• State-certified instructor (BEES 1st degree) at age 19
• DEJEPS at 25.

He is also qualified to supervise internships in adapted environments (SIV). Solid! You'll have the chance to fly under his wings during your training 😉

A true Swiss army knife of the air (aeromodelling, Ulm, hang-gliding...), he can't help walking while looking skywards!

When he's not in Les Gets, he works for SUPAIR, the world leader in paragliding harnesses.

Since 2013, he has been the designer of this brand. Pierre-Yves designed the SAVAGE sail. Light and stable, it lets you go further, faster! A little nugget. Our designer also put a lot of thought into the design of the SUPAIR SORA two-seater:

"It took over a year of development to bring out our new SORA two-seater - a busy year...

A tandem wing - especially when it's intended primarily for professionals - is probably the most complicated design and requires the most fine-tuning. There's no room for compromise.

We wanted to make this challenge a priority and set the bar as high as possible for our entry into the sails market.

The SORA tandem glider is easy to use, high-performance and fast, but also offers remarkable comfort and ease of use. We chose top-of-the-range, lightweight yet resistant materials, as well as lines that are fluid and easy to untangle.

We've embellished it with clever technical details, some of them exclusive, as well as careful packaging."
