For many, Matthieu (Matissimo to his friends) is one of France's finest riders. It's even a certainty. He managed to push the boundaries of his fame a little further by being invited to one of the biggest wake contests in the world, the much-coveted Valdosta Wake Compound.

For over 15 years now, Matt has been coaching wakeboarding, from Barcateam where he started out to Lacanau. He knows most of the wakeboarding spots in France and abroad, having spent a good deal of time in the Philippines, Thailand and all over the globe, where competitions have taken him during his career. But if you can't find him on the Izon or La Source spots, he's probably on his surf or snowboard, so as long as it's sliding, you can count on him to be there 😉

With a BPJEPS diploma, he is above all passionate about this big family, where everyone encourages each other whatever your level.

He's probably the best coach for teaching you new tricks, whether in wakeboarding or wakeskating!
