Manu, a native of Paris, discovered surfing at the age of 10 and quickly developed a passion for the sport. With the aim of continuing in this field, he later moved to Bayonne, in the south-west of France, to obtain a surfing diploma and be able to teach. After gaining some experience, notably at the Anglet Surf Club surf school, Manu headed for the Vendée, where it all began.
In 1999, he decided to set up his own surf school, the Manu Surf School, near the Bud Bud spot in Longeville sur Mer, as well as a surf association in the same commune.
If this enthusiast takes pleasure in teaching, there's not a wave on the horizon that could stop him in his tracks, as he's been setting up a surf shop and Surf Camp for teenagers for several years now.
